We have an extensive design tool set that we utilize for clean-sheet turbomachinery design as well as redesigns of current hardware for improved performance. We have design experience with axial and centrifugal fans, axial and centrifugal compressors, pumps, inducers and axial and radial turbines.

We have learned that not every problem and not every company needs CFD to design turbomachinery. We will work with your company to identify commercial design codes and/or how to improve or validate your internal design codes to meet your design needs. We have worked with a wide variety of design tools - including writing our own. We recognize the benefits of having a well validated tool, yet maintaining a design time that is consistent with your product development cycle. We are also familiar with the wide range of CFD tools available and can advise you on which tools will best meet your needs.
Training/Education
With 20 years of turbomachinery design, we have seen almost everything! We love to share our knowledge on the subject and can customize a training course to fit your company's needs. We can focus on fundamental design rules all the way to detailed blade design for most of turbomachinery components.
